1. Packaging
All boats are securely packed using industrial wooden crate packaging to ensure safe transportation and protection during handling and shipment.
2. Delivery Arrangement
Due to the size and nature of this product, delivery will be arranged via lorry transport or freight forwarder depending on the delivery location.
Delivery options may include:
- Local delivery within Malaysia
- Port delivery arrangement
- Self collection from MT Marine warehouse
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Final delivery cost will be confirmed based on location, transport method, and handling requirements.
4. Delivery Timeline
Typical production lead time: 4 – 6 weeks from manufacturer confirmation.
Actual delivery schedule will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
5. Important Notice
Customers are advised to ensure suitable offloading equipment (forklift / manpower) is available at the delivery site if required.
