CTM-0005: Fiberglass SOPEP Box

1. Goods Shipping

All goods are shipped exclusively to commercial addresses via ground carrier.

A RM350 Residential Delivery Fee will be applied to goods delivered to residential addresses.
No additional fees are charged for deliveries to valid commercial addresses.

If the delivery type is selected incorrectly, the order will be temporarily placed on hold. Our team will contact you to update the delivery information and arrange payment of the RM350 Residential Delivery Fee before the order is shipped.

2. Flare Shipping

All flare products are shipped to commercial and residential addresses via ground carrier only.

A mandatory RM150 Explosive Hazmat Shipping Fee will be automatically added at checkout for all flare items.
This fee is required and cannot be removed.

3. Other Products Shipping

All other products will be shipped to residential or commercial addresses using the selected carrier and shipping method chosen during checkout.

4. Orders Outside Continental Malaysia

Orders shipping outside Continental Malaysia cannot be processed through our online store.
